Terms & Conditions

All pre-wedding packages include:

Transportation

Miscellaneous Expense

Miscellaneous expense incurred such as parking fee, entrance fee for the crew, highway toll, shooting permit fee will be paid by the customer.

Delivery

Photos will be ready for viewing/downloading via online gallery within30 days.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 60 days before photoshoot – 100% Refund

59 days – 30 days before photoshoot – 50% Refund

Less than 29 days before photoshoot – No Refund

*Transaction fee will be subtracted after the photoshoot.

Rain Policy:

In case of rain, we will still go ahead and shoot. There is something so special about a photo in the rain, thus we will make adjustments to capture a perfect rainy pre-wedding photography.

In case of extreme weather condition such as thunderstorm of heavy rain, we will make the decision 3 days prior to the photoshoot. Therefore, we recommend our customers to have extra days in the schedule.

If replacement shoot cannot be scheduled, we will refund full amount after subtracting processing fee and unrecoverable cost.
