There are many beautiful gardens in Tokyo and depending on the seasons you visit, you can enjoy different scenery.
Spring and Autumn seasons are certainly popular among both Japanese and tourists with cherry blossoms and autumn foliage. Early summer time offers fresh green trees in many of the park. Winter time may not be the best time, however, with some snow, it will quickly turn into a beautiful white garden.

Shinjuku Gyoen (新宿御苑)

It is definitely an oasis in the busy town of Shinjuku. Autumn foliage can be enjoyed from mid October throughout early December and at its peak, Ginkyo trees offer such a beautiful scenery.
Even at peak season in spring and autumn, it will not feel crowded as the garden is so grand. If you are in the area, stop by and enjoy the oasis in Tokyo.
